  • Can I send money by calling you, instead of going online?
    We are a completely online service, so unfortunately, it’s not possible to do transfers via phone. We try to make the process as simple and fast as possible, either online or via mobile.
  • Can I send money to a charity?

    Yes, thanks to the licenses held by Transfast, you are able to send to charities in specific countries. Of course we will check to see that the recipient is a registered charity, and the country the funds are being sent to can receive such funds. Our tightened security is in place for your benefit and for other Transfast customers. Please fill out all necessary forms to ensure that your money goes where it’s needed most.

  • Can I transfer money from a business account?

    No you can only transfer from your personal account that you have authority to use.

  • Does Transfast have a referral program?

    We appreciate you sharing our service with your family and friends. We currently do not offer a Referral Program.

  • Does Transfast hold my funds and earn intrest from it while my transaction is being processed?

    No, interest is not earned by Transfast while your transaction is being processed. Standard fees apply.

  • Does Transfast Send Money To Bitcoin Companies, Cryptocurrency Companies or Bitcoin Exchanges?

    No, we do not. Transfast cannot support transfers from or to Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, directly or indirectly, through our services.

  • How does the "Quick Send" feature work?

    You can send previous successful transfers from the dashboard. Simply click QUICK SEND and you will be brought to a review screen where you can edit the amount you are sending if you like. Then hit SEND NOW and the transfer is submitted.

  • How does Transfast work?

    We have made sending money with Transfast easy and secure. Create your free, secure account and start transferring right away.

    • Step 1: Select country and amount
      Choose from 50+ receive countries. Our exchange rates are guaranteed so you know how much your recipient will get.

    • Step 2: Enter recipient and payout info
      Tell us about your recipient and how you want them to receive the money – bank deposit, cash pickup and more.

    • Step 3: Fund your money transfer
      You can choose to pay from your checking account, or with your debit or credit card.

    Once we receive your order, we pass it through our fraud and security tools. Some transfers will be approved immediately and sent for payment in just a few seconds.

    Other transfers will be held for a brief time because we may need to verify a few things from a fraud and compliance standpoint, or collect additional documents (Social Security Number, Driver’s License or Passport, and proof of funds) before we can legally transfer your money. If we need something from you, we’ll try to call you (during normal business hours) and/or send an email to make the request. The quicker you get back to us, the sooner we can attend to your transfer.

    Transfast keeps your security a top priority. Speed of money transfer service is subject to many factors, including:

    • Approval by the Transfast Account Security team and our anti-fraud verification systems.
    • Funds availability from the sender’s checking, credit or debit card account.
    • Banking hours and banking system availability (weekends, holidays, etc.) in the recipient country.
    • Receiving agent hours of operation, and accuracy of recipient payout information.

    Once we have all the information, and it all checks out, then we will release the funds to our payout partner, and ultimately the recipient.

  • How is the exchange rate determined?

    While exchange rates are based on world currency markets, and can fluctuate and change throughout the day, we will set our rate in the morning (at approximately 10:00 am EST, Monday-Friday). We search the rates of our closest competitors and do our best to beat them – offering you our High Locked-in Online Exchange Rates. We guarantee that the rate you see when you make your transfer is the locked-in rate that will be used when the money is delivered to your recipient.

  • How is Transfast able to give better exchange rates?

    We are pleased to offer you our High Locked-in Online Exchange Rates and low transfer fees. By working with our team of currency traders, we work to get some of the best exchange rates in the industry. We have chosen to pass those great rates on to our customers.

  • How long will my money transfer take?

    From start to finish, your transfer should be completed within 1-7 business days.

    The time your transfer takes depends on:

    • The product you choose
    • If verification is needed
      • We’ll try to call you (during normal business hours) and/or send an email if we require ID, proof of address, proof of funds, or payment reason verification. Your transfer can go forward as soon as requested verification is complete. If we don’t hear back from you within a reasonable time frame (usually about 48 hours), we may cancel the transaction for security reasons.
    • Limitations in banking hours.
      • This includes nights, weekends and US Bank holidays as well as those in your recipient's country.
    • Delivery time once your money has been paid out to your recipient account
      • Once we pass the money to our payout partner, it may take them a while to process it as well.
  • How much does it cost to send money with Transfast?

    Our fees for sending money are some of the most competitive in the industry. The fees vary based on a number of factors, including where you are transferring money from and to, how much you are transferring, and the payment and delivery methods you select.

  • In which states is Transfast licensed to operate?

    Currently, Transfast is licensed in 37 US states. As a money transfer company, federal law requires that you be a resident of a state or province where we have a license to operate. If your state or province is not on the list, it means we currently do not have a license for that state. Contact the US state directly if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Is Transfast cheaper than using a bank?

    Transfast offers very competitive pricing on money transfers. Often, the value we offer can be greater than sending funds via banks. Compare us and see the difference.

  • What are the top 5 things I should know before I transfer money with Transfast?
    • When you set up your profile, we require that you use your real, full name (no nicknames or initials), real address, real phone number and an email we can easily reach you on.
    • For select markets, our Value+ option gets you a better rate and takes 3-5 business days for money to be available to your recipient.
    • When paying with credit card, your credit card company may charge you interest and additional fees.
    • We base timing on business days, so weekends and official holidays are not counted.
    • If your transfer is cancelled after money is pulled from your bank account (meaning, an ACH has been generated), it may take 5-7 business days for your money to be returned to your account.
  • What are your exchange rates?

    A qualified transaction is one that meets all of our guidelines, including passing fraud and security checks and payment is made from a valid and verifiable funding source owned by the sender.

    The rate you see when you make your transfer is the locked-in rate you will receive when the money is delivered to your recipient – we guarantee it.

  • What is a swift code? An IFSC code?

    SWIFT payments are a type of international transfer sent via the SWIFT international payment network.

    The Indian Financial System Code (also known as IFSC) is a banking code for identifying the Indian bank and branch at which an INR bank account is held. The IFSC code is used by the NEFT, RTGS and IMPS finance transfer systems in India.

At other times, these promotions are only offered for customers who send money online via our website or mobile app.
