After you submit a transfer, we initiate a request to your bank or card account to send us the funds. Submitting a transfer is your authorization for us to pull funds from your bank or card account, and we try to get it in motion as quickly as possible.
This process usually takes 3-4 business days (for clearing), while your bank or card account transmits funds to us. During this time, the money may show up as debited from your account even though Transfast has not yet received the funds.
While we are waiting for the funds, our Account Security and transfer review process continues. As soon as we get the clearance and your transfer has been approved, we push the money for payout so it can be sent to your recipient.
