ALERTS POLICY

Summary
You must register for the Service in order to receive SMS and email alerts. By registering for the Service and providing your mobile phone number, and the phone number of your intended recipient, you expressly provide your authorization to receive Alerts, and you certify that: (a) you are the mobile phone account holder or,(b) you have the account holder's permission to sign up for Alerts.

In addition, as a part of the Service, you agree to receive all legally required notifications via electronic means. Alerts are available to you at no cost from the Company, but standard message charges apply. Other charges may apply. SMS Alerts may not be compatible with all mobile phone handsets. Your mobile phone must be SMS-enabled. Check with your service provider for details.

Once you register for the Service, Alerts will continue until canceled by logging in to your account at www.transfast.com and changing your Alerts preferences.

Transfast Remittance LLC, and Transfast Remittance INC, in California, (“TRANSFAST”), a Delaware Company, and its partners and service providers (referred to collectively herein as the "Company") provides a message service called Alerts (the "Service"), whereby registered account holders ("You" or "Your") and recipients of funds from Service, can request and receive information related to said Transfast.com Account via SMS messages, in-App mobile messages and/or email messages ("Alerts"). Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms and Conditions. By clicking the "I Agree" button, or by using the Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, which are in addition to any terms and conditions set forth in your User Agreement for your Transfast Account, shall be in effect so long as you use the Service.

Service Overview and Authorization
You may opt-in and opt-out of the Service at any time. As required by law, you may not opt-out of receipt of certain message types, such as transaction receipts or updates to User Agreement, etc. as are deemed necessary for general account maintenance. By registering your communications preferences for the Service and providing your mobile phone number and/or email address, you expressly provide your authorization to receive Alerts, and you certify that: (a) you are the mobile phone or email account holder or (b) you have the account holder's permission to sign up for Alerts. In addition, as a part of the Service, you agree to receive all legally required notifications via electronic means. Alerts are available to you at no cost from the Company, but standard message charges apply. Other carrier charges may apply. SMS Alerts may not be compatible with all mobile phone handsets, and therefore undeliverable. Your mobile phone must be SMS-enabled. Check with your service provider for details. Opt-in/Opt-out/Help
As noted above, you must register your communication preferences for the Service in order to receive Alerts. The registration process is also referred to as "opt-in." All Opt-in registrations for the Service must be via our website at www.transfast.com. During the registration process, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions in order to opt into the Service. ONCE YOU REGISTER YOUR COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES FOR THE SERVICE, ALERTS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL CANCELED BY LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT www.transfast.com AND CHANGING YOUR ALERTS PREFERENCES.

Fees
There are no fees assessed by the Company to you for use of the Service. HOWEVER, STANDARD TEXT MESSAGING OR SMS CHARGES MAY APPLY. OTHER CARRIER CHARGES MAY APPLY. CHECK YOUR WIRELESS PROVIDER PLAN FOR DETAILS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES TO YOUR WIRELESS PROVIDER.

Message Frequency
Alerts will be delivered to you for each transaction made on your account (“Transaction Alerts”). This is highly suggested for you to receive confirmations of you transactions and to monitor your account for any suspicious or fraudulent activity. We may also send periodic Alerts to notify you of changes made to your account, such as updates to our User Agreement, or updates to benefits and features (“Servicing Alerts”). We may also send periodic Alerts to notify you of promotions and offers that are available to you, such as discount promotions, contests and offers from our partners (“Marketing Alerts). We will send additional marketing email notices and important program information from time to time.

Your Access and Use of the Service

Your access and use of the Service may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of servers or other actions that the Company, in its sole discretion, may elect to take. The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Service and/or any portion or feature of the Service at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. The Company is not liable for any message deleted or not delivered, regardless of the reason for deletion or non-delivery, including without limitation message processing or transmission errors.

Security

You understand that the ability to access the Service is granted based on your possession of the configured mobile phone and/or access to the registered email account, and agree that if you make your mobile phone or email account available to any other individual that you are solely responsible for any subsequent access of the Service and release of Account information. If you believe that your mobile phone has been stolen or your email has been hacked, and that someone may attempt to use the Service without your consent, you must notify the Company at once by calling 1-888-973-6383, or disable the service at www.transfast.com at any time.

Term and Termination
You agree that the Company, at its sole discretion, may at any time and for any reason terminate your use of the Service or individual services provided via the Service and/or change its content offering made available through the Service. Further, you agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Mobile Phone Number Changes
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the phone number in your Service profile is current and accurate. Changes can be made either within the website or by contacting Customer Service. The Service is not responsible for any losses, including loss of messages, if you do not provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Email Address Changes
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the email address in your Service profile is current and accurate. Changes can be made either within the website or by contacting Customer Service. The Service is not responsible for any losses, including loss of messages, if you do not provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Amendments. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review the Service Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service following any amendment will signify your acceptance of and agreement to such revised Terms and Conditions.
